With its headquarters based in Brussels in the heart of the capital of the European Union, IMPULS•E develops synergies and cultural and educational cooperative dynamics between the various actors concerned by youth at local and interregional level as well as at European and global level.

The organization conducts direct actions on the ground with trust and active collaboration with cities and many institutions, school directors, youth assistance services.

It also works with NGOs, companies and official associations recognized for their educational, cultural and development activities.
